1. Vajan kam karne ke liye daily ek apple kahye.

2. Tej mirch khaye.

3. 24 hour me kam se kam 4 liter paani piye.

4. Has kar apna Vajan kam kar sakte hai.

5. Daily morning me ek glass garam paani me ek nibu daal ke piye.

6. Green tea pi sakte hai.

7. fhal jada se jada kahye jaise tarbuj khaye, papita kahye, kheera khaye.

8. Neend puri lena .

9. Bjan kam karne ke liye ghar ka khana jada se jada kahye.

10. Subh ka nasta kabhi na chode.

11. Khana kahne se 30 min phle paani pi le.

12. Chini kam kahye.

13. Cold drink na piye.

14. Daliya kahye.

15. Vajan kam karne ke liye bhojan dhire dhire kahye chawa chawa ke.

16. Jada se jada hari sabji kahye.
