aap such mai apna vajan kam karna chahte hai to dieting karne ki jagh apni dincharya mai walk , vayam, aur halka bhojan lena shuru karna padega.  yeh baat janna bhut jaruri hai ki sahi tarah se vajan ghatana hi aapki body ke liye thik rhega.
