Aaj ki life bhaut bhag daud wali life ho gai hai phele jaisa kuch nhi raha. office me work karne ki bajh se na to din me dhoop milti hai na sham ki thandi hawa.din bhar office me bithe bithe bajan badta chala jata hai . kissi ke paas ab itna samay nhi hota ki wo walkkar sake, vayam kar sake ya sahi se bhojan le sake. aaj ki life me log bhar ka khana jada khana pasnd karte hai jaise izza burger tiki cold drinks etc. jisse bajan teji se badta hai. ab jaana ye hai ki Apna vajan teji se kaise ghtaya jaye.

Ji ha na koi excise na koi walk na koi diet plan bas ap apna bajan paani se kam kar sakte hai paani pine se.

Din bhar me 4 se 5 liter paani pina chaiye. paani pine ka sahi samay subh uth kar ek glass garam paani pina chiye. naaste se phle aap 3 glass paani pi lo. is tarah se aap khna khane se pahle 2 glass paani aadha ghanta phle pilo . isse aap khna kam kha paynge. or khna ke ek hour tak paani nhi pina chaiye. aar aapko khna khne ke baad paani pina hai to ek cup garam paani pilo. raat ko sote samay 2 glass paani pike sona chaiye. paani pine se bhut jald hi bajan kam hone lagta hai . apko kuch hi dino me iska ashar dikhne lagega.
